Job Overview

As a Retail Wireless Sales Specialist, you will work directly with customers, listening to their needs and providing product‑based solutions. You’ll act as the brand ambassador for the store, ensuring a comfortable, welcoming environment and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
    Serve as a Brand Ambassador – create a welcoming store environment.
  • Build relationships with guests, teammates, and field leadership, acting as an active listener and solution finder.
  • Translate product and service knowledge into real‑world conversations; stay current with training.
  • Manage guest appointments, investigate accounts, and document transactions accurately in the POS system.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including display cases and shelving.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude focused on customer priority.
  • Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (wireless industry experience is a plus).
  • POS system proficiency and accurate transaction handling.
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, lift, and stand up to 8 hours.
  • Flexible schedule with weekend availability; store open 6‑7 days a week, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
