Job OverviewAs a Retail Wireless Sales Specialist, you will work directly with customers, listening to their needs and providing product‑based solutions. You’ll act as the brand ambassador for the store, ensuring a comfortable, welcoming environment and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Serve as a Brand Ambassador – create a welcoming store environment.
- Build relationships with guests, teammates, and field leadership, acting as an active listener and solution finder.
- Translate product and service knowledge into real‑world conversations; stay current with training.
- Manage guest appointments, investigate accounts, and document transactions accurately in the POS system.
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including display cases and shelving.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Positive attitude focused on customer priority.
- Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (wireless industry experience is a plus).
- POS system proficiency and accurate transaction handling.
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, lift, and stand up to 8 hours.
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability; store open 6‑7 days a week, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
