Seasonal Sales Associate

We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate who will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, ensuring fans can get their hands on their favorite merchandise. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Create an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Impress them with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm for pop culture.
• Maintain the sales floor and ensure that your assigned areas meet visual standards.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising mix.
• Share fashion trend information and store updates with management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Work as a team, communicating effectively to get the job done.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
