- Prepare food - Run food to tables or to the To-Go area - Serve beverages - Stock beverages - Maintain beverage area including wiping down kegerator, polishing glassware - Take customer orders - Be able to give correct change back to the customer - Bag all the purchased items in a bag for to go orders, give order number and beverages for dine-in orders - Replenish/stock lines and food/dry goods storage areas in kitchen - Keep working area stock and clean - Assist with lobby maintenance and trash runs - Maintain kitchen cleanliness - Assist customers in choosing deli items
