We’re looking to fill our full-time Shift Manager role with a positive team leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring guests receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness for guests. Responsibilities may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift.
