Greenskeeper

Enger Park Golf Course is hiring greenskeepers for the upcoming 2026 season. The greens keeper is a key member of the golf course maintenance team and is responsible for landscaping and maintenance on the golf course. Ideal candidates have a passion for landscaping and the game of golf. Beginner greenskeepers are welcome; while knowledge of grounds maintenance is preferred, previous experience is not required for the position.

Part-time and full-time seasonal positions are available.

Pay Range
:
Starting at $16/hr

• Maintain clean work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility
• Help with the daily set-up of the golf course
• Mows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees, and other areas
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers
• Assists in turf maintenance practices such as aerifying, topdressing, and seeding
• Performs general landscape maintenance using handheld tools

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements

• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• A valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
• Commitment to safety procedures and environmental best practices
