We are seeking a full-time administrative RN to provide nursing services, supervise, and train direct care staff in a Minnesota adult foster care setting.
Responsibilities Include- Conducting comprehensive assessments and monitoring consumer health, including medication side effects.
- Communicating with interdisciplinary teams, consumers, families, and staff.
- Providing education, orientation, and supervision to staff.
- Ensuring safety, documentation, and adherence to professional standards and regulations.
- Traveling within the Detroit Lakes area as needed.
- Licensed RN with an unrestricted license in Minnesota.
- BSN preferred, with at least one year of experience.
- CPR certification, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of safety protocols.
- Competitive hourly pay ($38-$40/hr), health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and travel reimbursement.
Prolonged sitting, mobility, manual dexterity, and ability to observe safety precautions.
