Minnesota Lakefront CRNA - $275K Base, Flexible Scheduling, and Bonuses    A mid-sized hospital in Eastern Minnesota is seeking a CRNA to join its anesthesia team. This is a well-rounded position offering flexible scheduling options (8s, 10s, or 12s), a strong base salary of $274K+, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k). Cases are primarily bread-and-butter, and you'll work alongside a skilled and supportive group.
Plenty of extra shifts are available for those who want to earn additional income. A unique sign-on bonus structure allows you to take a portion of your annual salary upfront, with the remainder distributed throughout the year.
