This is a full-time, on‑site Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position based in Duluth, MN, Superior, WI, Virginia, MN, or Grand Rapids, MN. No matter where you're applying from, the job does require paid travel to each of our 4 regional clinics. The LPN will assist with patient preparation, handle preoperative and postoperative care, prepare medications, and support the surgical team during procedures.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, educating patients on their treatment and recovery processes, and ensuring compliance with clinical and organizational standards.

• Valid Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and a strong understanding of clinical nursing practices
• Experience in providing preoperative and postoperative patient care
• Proficiency in medication administration and maintaining accurate patient documentation
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment within a fast‑paced surgical practice
• CPR certification and knowledge of sterile procedure techniques
• Experience in oral or surgical care settings is a plus, but not necessary
