Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is looking for Full-time and/or Part-Time NOC Registered Nurses to join our team! We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are looking to grow their careers as an RN. Just starting out as an RN? Come check us out, we will help train and grow you in your career as an RN! We will help make a schedule that works around your other obligations.

Overnight (NOC)

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Supervising CNAs
• Medication administration
• Wound and treatment care
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review
• Assess and address resident pain as necessary and consistent with the doctors’ orders

• Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
• CPR Certified
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must work every other weekend
