This role provides advanced health assessment, knowledge and decision‑making for stroke patients in a collaborative environment with neurologists.

$56.00/hr - $78.00/hr

• Provide comprehensive health care to individuals and families, with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Work independently and collaborate with physicians and other health‑care professionals in a team setting.
• Schedule patient appointments, manage workload in the stroke program, and participate in hospital work, weekends, and on‑call duties as required.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in Minnesota.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota.
• Current certification in CPR and national certification in the applicable area.
• Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice.
