Email Marketing Specialist

Advent Talent Group is seeking a detail-oriented Adobe Email Marketing Specialist to join our client's growing marketing team. Our client is an industry leader in Health and Personal Care Products, and this role sits at the heart of their customer communication strategy. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRM email communications targeting an existing customer base, playing a key role in delivering high-quality, brand-compliant email experiences that drive engagement and long‑term customer retention.

Hours: Flexible, part‑time schedule within standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), approximately 5–6 hours per week.

• Design and develop email templates in accordance with brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and technical functionality across campaigns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve email rendering and formatting issues in a timely manner, maintaining seamless communication with customers.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional team members to align on project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and performance optimization for email campaigns. Prioritize mission‑critical tasks, particularly during morning hours, and adapt fluidly to a variable workload.

• 2+ years in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template building and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with responsive email design and cross-client rendering
• Experience with email testing tools
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, async environment
