As a Millwright Mechanic at EMR, you’ll be a hands‑on part of keeping our Becker, MN yard running smoothly. You’ll work with a team to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on industrial conveyor belts and machinery.

• Maintain equipment such as metal processors, conveyor belts, and electrical machinery.
• Diagnose and solve problems using diagnostic tools.
• Repair or replace parts with hand and power tools.
• Perform cleaning and preventative maintenance.

• Ability to diagnose, dismantle and reassemble equipment.
• Skill in reading equipment manuals and blueprints.
• Experience working with industrial‑sized machinery.

• 5+ years of industrial millwright maintenance experience.
• Electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic experience.

• $32‑45 per hour, 50+ hours per week.
• Typical shift: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with some shifts extending to 6:00 pm.
• No nights or weekends.
