Make a difference as a Regional Sales Manager - North

As the Full-Time Regional Sales Manager - North at Duluth Coca-Cola, you’ll commence your day bright and early at 6:30 am, immersed in a vibrant sales environment that prioritizes collaboration and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include implementing strategic goals and marketing initiatives aimed at achieving and surpassing company sales objectives. You’ll ensure timely delivery of Key Business Indicator (KBI) information to Sales Management, all while maximizing market potential through established financial parameters.

Regular communication with team leaders will facilitate effective operational coordination, and you’ll oversee training sessions to enhance skill sets among sales and delivery personnel. Additionally, you’ll manage promotional and incentive programs, swiftly address customer complaints, and uphold professional conduct among your team. By conducting business reviews and maintaining consistent account calls, you ll foster company image while ensuring every branch adheres to quality standards.

What you need to be successful

To excel as a Regional Sales Manager - North at Duluth Coca-Cola, you will need a robust set of skills and qualifications. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is essential, complemented by 5-10 years of experience in developing impactful marketing strategies. You should possess a nuanced understanding of the beverage industry and its products, enhancing your ability to drive sales effectively.

A valid Class D driver s license and a successful Motor Vehicle Check in accordance with our Vehicle Safety Policy are required for this role. Prior experience in supervising teams and managing budgets will be beneficial, as will backgrounds in the food and beverage sector.
