Safety Manager

Overview

Charles Taylor Safety Solutions is seeking a Safety Manager in Duluth, MN. 1099 Contract position with per-diem.

• M-S; 40-58 hours/week
• 6-months
• On-site overseeing subcontractors responsible for roofing work for a commercial construction project
• BCSP certifications are preferred. OSHA-510 is required on-site
• At least 5 years of recent on-site Safety Management experience

• Conducting project safety inspections and orientations
• Safety training as requested/required
• Observation and monitoring of worksite employees and safety practices
• Complete document reviews, contractor correspondence, and document management
• Other tasks and activities within the realm of the EHS profession within the manager's skills, abilities, certifications, and authorizations
• Communicating safety standards between trades, GC and sub-contractors
