Roufs Property Maintenance is looking for motivated and independently responsible individuals for full or part time shifts beginning l or Part time, we have opportunities for both!

Hiring for facilities located in Hermantown, Downtown Duluth, Gary New Duluth, London Road area/East Duluth, Woodland, West Duluth.

• Assist in general cleaning for client locations.
• Perform cleaning duties as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Assist in detail semi-annual, annual cleaning tasks.
• Sweeps and mops floors, vacuums, and spot clean carpeted areas.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and woodwork; dusts counters, windowsills, window blinds and similar fixtures.
• Empties, cleans, and lines waste receptacles and disposes of trash.
• Washes doors, windows, walls, ceilings, window blinds and furniture; polishes metalwork.
• Cleans and disinfects restrooms and locker rooms, restocking restroom supplies as necessary.
• Breaking down cardboard.
• Reports the need for maintenance or repair of facilities to the appropriate supervisor; corrects and/ or reports any fire or safety hazards, and places barriers in public areas.
• Maintains equipment, materials, and supplies in proper condition.
• Promotes co-operation and a welcoming environment for all.
• Observes safe working practices, including maintaining storage areas in a safe condition.
• Follows label instructions to mix and dilute cleansers, disinfectants, and stripping agents to ensure proper strength for use.
• Answers questions and provides standard information to customers and staff.
• Reports unauthorized persons and other security problems.

• No formal education required.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday on-site during evening hours beginning at 5:00pm. (Hours may be flexible on start time).
