Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Job Overview

We are looking for a Housekeeper to provide a clean, safe and cheerful environment for senior age residents, staff and visitors at our Assisted Living Memory Care building in Hermantown, MN.

This casual Housekeeper position includes:

* On-call/casual role to help with last minute or pre planned needs

* two weekends a month

* Day shift

* New early wage access!

The Pillars of Hermantown is Ebenezer's newest managed senior living community in northern Minnesota, near Duluth and will offer Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care options with 105 total apartments near major crossroads and amongst beautiful scenary. The Pillars creates purposeful lifestyles for our seniors with dedicated staff to meet their needs in a variety of ways. * Cleans resident and common areas of community as assigned, including floor care

* Assists with light maintenance tasks and cleaning emergency spills as needed

* Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies

* Assists residents with laundry as requested

* Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments

* Performs job duties safely, using accurate body mechanics and protective equipment

* Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors

Required skills:

* Ability to work independently, show attention to detail, multi-task and maintain confidentiality

* Able to work in varying environmental conditions, along with cleaning human/bodily fluids or waste

* Able to understand and follow verbal and written communication including policies/procedures and safety sheets.

Preferred experience/skills:

* Work experience in cleaning or similar environment

* Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $16 - $22 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on relevant experience
