• Lead operational assessments and business process reviews for public safety agencies
• Evaluate existing business processes and provide recommendations for software solutions
• Facilitate business process reengineering initiatives and develop new workflows
• Design and deliver training materials to enhance user competency and engagement
• Act as a liaison between technical resources and customer needs throughout the project lifecycle

• High School diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or 3 years of related experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a People Manager
• Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers

• Experience in a Public Safety Information Technology environment
• Strong project management skills
• Proven ability to mentor and lead teams effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with software deployment processes in a public safety context
