• Analyze lower complexity customer requirements and implement tools to support those requirements
• Act as a liaison between customers and support staff to resolve issues
• Develop, test, and document computer programs for special requirements
• Implement and install new programs/systems as needed
• Provide support to user departments on a variety of systems

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Ability to analyze issues and coordinate effectively with other staff
• Experience with supporting initiatives and projects
• Understanding of the service provider/customer chain of accountability
• Must be available to work during scheduled shifts

• Familiarity with application support and maintenance
• Experience in a healthcare-related environment
• Knowledge of programming languages relevant to system development
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
