We are seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead and develop a high‑performing technical team responsible for data, reporting, applications, and infrastructure supporting the Real Time Solutions brand. This role balances people leadership, delivery execution, and hands‑on technical oversight to ensure reliable systems, high‑quality data, and continuous improvement in development velocity. The IT Director serves as a key partner to internal stakeholders and external clients, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Manage an in‑person and remote team of software developers, database professionals and IT staff
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery execution to improve team velocity and predictability
• Assign and prioritize work across the team based on business needs and technical complexity
• Manage vendor invoices up to an established authorization limit
• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients
• Participate in Team Lead and cross‑functional leadership meetings
• Ensure reliable operation of databases, reporting systems, and client‑facing applications
• Maintain high standard for data integrity, system performance, and documentation

• 8+ years of experience in IT, software development, or data‑focused roles
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams
• Strong experience with SQL Server, reporting, and data integration environments
• Experience with database performance tuning and troubleshooting as well as data integrity and quality management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong people leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management
• Ability to organize work using Agile or sprint‑based delivery methods
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to balance hands‑on technical work with strategic oversight
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage delivery expectations
