• Conduct operational assessments and business process reviews for public safety agencies
• Evaluate existing processes and provide tailored recommendations for software solutions
• Facilitate business process reengineering initiatives and lead collaborative workshops
• Design and deliver training materials to enhance end-user engagement and competence
• Act as a liaison between technical resources and customers to ensure effective communication

• High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or 3 years of experience in a Public Safety Information Technology environment
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD, Record Management Systems, or Jail Applications
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work effectively with general guidance

• Experience with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Record Management Systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead User Acceptance Testing processes
• Strong project management skills and experience in a public safety environment
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
• Familiarity with innovative process improvement techniques
