As an IT Operations Technician with Epic Hosting, you will be part of the team's central nervous system—monitoring the entire Hosting infrastructure stack and responding swiftly to problems. You will employ investigative and troubleshooting skills across a variety of tools to identify and resolve both routine and complex network, hardware, virtualization, and presentation problems. You connect with contacts from healthcare organizations to address impact, communicate issues, and perform system build.
