**** Program Overview
** Our 10‐week paid Summer Internship Program runs June 1 – August 7 and is a full‐time (40 hours/week) experience based in Duluth, MN. Interns gain real‐world exposure through hands‐on work, lunch & learns, ELT conversations, and a final project presentation.
** Role Overview
** The HR Intern will support people‐focused initiatives that shape the associate experience. This role is ideal for someone who values relationships, inclusion, and helping others do their best work.
** What You’ll Do
*** Support a variety of HR teams and initiatives, which may include HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, HRIS, learning & development, and our HR Support Center
* Assist with projects, process improvement efforts, and day‐to‐day operational support
* Help prepare communications or resources that support the team
* Partner with team members across HR to learn how people practices support the business
* Contribute to a final capstone project that reflects your learning, growth, and impact
** Qualifications
* ** Currently a junior or senior or a recent graduate
* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
* Interest in people practices, culture, and employee experience
* Able to work full‐time, on‐site in Duluth, MN for the duration of the program
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Retail experience is a plus, but not required##
