This is an overnight position - estimated hours are 11pm - 7am (we can be flexible with the hours as long as the banquet rooms are set prior to event).

• Prepare kugle and set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware.
• Ensure all setup areas are clean, organized, and ready prior to guest arrival.
• Coordinate with event planners and catering staff to understand specific setup requirements@m.
• Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet areas after events.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies needed for setup.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.

• Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
