At Heirloom Property Management, we specialize in managing boutique hotels and vacation rentals throughout Duluth and the surrounding North Shore area. We’re known for our attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to providing memorable guest experiences.

Our Heirloom Vacations division focuses on curating exceptional lodging experiences — from charming Airbnbs to stunning luxury homes. As our business expands, we’re excited to add up to three new Housekeepers to our dedicated team!

As a Housekeeper, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of our vacation rental properties. Your work ensures that every guest enjoys a comfortable, photogenic, and perfectly prepared stay.

We offer room to grow within our company — this position can evolve into one with additional responsibilities and management opportunities for the right candidate.

• Hours:
  
  9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Days:
  Sunday through Friday, No Saturday!
• Preferred Availability:
  Must be available on Sundays.
• Typical Schedule:
  
  2-5 days per week

• Perform detailed cleaning and staging of vacation rental properties to company standards
• Organize and manage cleaning schedules efficiently
• Communicate with property management and maintenance teams regarding property needs
• Maintain high sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all properties
• Ensure every home is guest-ready, spotless, and welcoming
• Occasionally assist with special or contract cleaning projects

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong sense of pride in your work and customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and access to an insured vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable bending, stooping, and climbing stairs
• Able to push/pull cleaning carts and equipment
