This is a full-time, on-site In-Home Caregiver role based in the Duluth MN-WI Metropolitan Area, WI. The role involves assisting clients in their daily living activities, such as personal hygiene support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and providing companionship. Caregivers may also help with medication reminders, mobility support, and running errands. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients receive the quality care they need to live safely and comfortably in their homes.

• Basic caregiving skills including personal hygiene assistance, grooming, and bathing support
• Experience with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and their families
• Ability to manage schedules effectively, with reliability and responsibility
• Experience or willingness to assist with errands, transportation, and medication reminders
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for some clients
• Strong ethical standards and a genuine passion for providing compassionate care
