We are offering a practice opportunity for an independent Doctor of Optometry. You will operate the office as your private independent practice while providing high‑quality optometric care and services to patients next to an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. Professional fee schedule is yours to decide, and you keep the associated patient revenues for services you deliver.

• Practice model – Complete professional autonomy; no company‑imposed restrictions, interference, or quotas; practice only as your professional direction dictates.
• Schedule – Flexible practice arrangements and schedules, including part‑time commitments and options to add to an existing practice schedule.
• Equipment – A furnished office and well‑equipped exam lane(s) included in your rent agreement; online appointment book and automated patient recall system.
• Initial investment – Minimal financial risk or obligations; easy entry into your own practice.
• On‑boarding support – From your first exam you’ll have everything you need, including brand‑supplied on‑boarding support.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan to complement a first‑class total rewards package.
