Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Adult Foster Care – Duluth, MN

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our adult foster care home in Duluth, MN. As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. • Assist residents with daily living activities including medication administration, personal hygiene, and medical care.
• Provide behavioral management support and assist with community activities such as shopping, concerts, dining, movies, fitness, and outdoor recreation.
• Support 24/7 care through scheduled shifts during the week and every other weekend.
• Develop meaningful relationships and part of a person‑centered culture valuing residents and team.

• Pass a post‑offer background check.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check when working days or evenings.

40 hours per week; every other weekend required. Morning, afternoon/evening shifts available: 7:30 am‑3:30 pm; 7:30 am‑5:30 pm; 11:30 am‑9:30 pm.

$18.75‑$19.25 per hour.
