Salary Range: $41.49 - $66.41 Hourly

The Manager-Home Care is responsible to the Home Care/Hospice Director for providing leadership and management of the Home Care department. Supervises and/or coordinates the functions related to business transactions, medical records management, clinical services, compliance, safety and customer service. Works collaboratively system-wide with administrative and medical staff as needed. In consultation with the Home Care/Hospice Director, is responsible for program planning and insures compliance with regulatory, organizational, and professional standards.

• Education
  :
  Bachelors Degree in Nursing or its equivalent in related field.
• Experience
  :
  Three (3) years clinical experience, at least two (2) years of which were as a registered nurse in a Medicare Certified Home Health and/or Hospice Agency.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration
  :
  Current license in Minnesota to practice as registered nurse. Must obtain Wisconsin RN license within ninety (90) days of hire. Wisconsin Background Study upon hire and renewed per Wisconsin state law.

• Education
  :
  Masters Degree in Nursing or its equivalent in a related field, or active enrollment in Masters program with agreed upon completion date is strongly preferred.
• Experience
  :
  One (1) year supervisory/management experience in Home Care/Hospice.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration
  :
  Outcome Assessment Information Set (OASIS) Certification upon hire or within one (1) year of meeting eligibility requirements.
