Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is a Residential Health Care Facility dedicated to providing the highest levels of quality care. We are looking for a PCA eager to advance to a CNA through our Fast Track program.

Location:

Duluth, MN

Base pay: $18.25/hr after successful completion of certification, pay increases to $18.75/hr and may be eligible for a sign‑on bonus.

• Track 1:
  Test Out Option – PCAs with foundational knowledge can test out of written and skills exams. We provide the CNA Handbook, a Q&A session, pay for the test, and allow immediate start as a newly certified CNA.
• Track 2:
  Work While You Learn – PCAs enroll in an approved CNA course, continue working at parity for up to four months, receive on‑site training and real experience while completing coursework.

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Participate in resident care planning and documentation.
• Support staff in maintaining a clean, safe, and compassionate environment.
• Progress through training to become a licensed CNA.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle physical demands of patient care.
• Willingness to complete CNA coursework and examinations.
