Join our team at the IRTS facility near UMD campus in Duluth. This role supports residents through person‑centered care and behavioral health practices.

Hours of Available Positions- Full‑time: Evening shift (4 pm‑12 am), 40 hours/week, availability every other weekend.
- Part‑time: Day shift (8 am‑4 pm) or Evening shift (4 pm‑12 am), availability every other weekend.
$21.00‑25.00 per hour (depends on experience and education).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Implement and follow person‑centered, positive behavior support plans / ITPs to enhance residents’ independent living skills (symptom management, budgeting, budgeting, meal prep, employment).
- Maintain knowledge of social services, record‑keeping, reporting requirements, and confidentiality.
- Create and follow ITP plans, using creative methods to encourage resident participation.
- Provide supervision defined in each ITP plan, applying therapeutic interventions while ensuring consumer safety.
- Travel in the community, transport clients, and maintain safe vehicle operation (passengers wearing seatbelts, speed limits, agency policy, current car insurance, valid driver’s license).
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Effective team member who enjoys conducting groups.
- Pass MVR, maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance, and maintain background study clearance.
- Prior IRTS experience preferred.
- 30 semester hours AND 2000 supervised hours in Behavioral Health or related field.
- OR Completed practicum or internship in behavioral sciences or related field.
- 4000 supervised hours in Behavioral Health or related field.
- OR 2000 supervised hours AND weekly clinical supervision from a Mental Health Practitioner.
