Critical, Duluth, , DSP, FT – Sevita

This role is a full‑time, overnight caregiver (Friday to Sunday, 10 p.m. – 9 a.m.) providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, autism, and other complex needs. The position requires a high level of compassion, patience, and dedication to helping participants achieve personal and community goals.

Key details:

• Shift: Friday–Sunday, 10 p.m.–9 a.m.
• Pay: $18.00 per hour

• Help participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants, promoting growth and well‑being.
• Assist participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and community engagement.
• Take initiative in helping participants participate in community activities and enjoy favorite activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred:
  At least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
