Salary Range: $41.12 - $65.77 Hourly

The Manager of Laboratory Operations works with other members of the laboratory staff and other St. Luke’s departments as part of a multidisciplinary team. Identifies and coordinates resources required to coordinate laboratory services throughout the St. Luke’s system and ensure the quality of laboratory services.

• Education:
  
  Bachelors Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Bachelors degree in related science field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of four (4) years experience in a Clinical Laboratory.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: ASCP certification as Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS).

• Education:
  
  Master's degree in related field.
• Experience:
  
  Supervisory experience.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A

Ability to work with a wide variety of individuals with different training and educational backgrounds; to exercise good judgment; to maintain excellent laboratory standards while considering practical requirements in a particular situation; to effectively represent St. Luke's Laboratory Services in a variety of settings and to a wide variety of decision makers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
