Overview
We are looking for the next Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Pay50k-82k based on license type and credentials + 6% uncapped commission on any sales.

- Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users on best practices.
- Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, repairs to hearing aids, earmolds, and cleaning.
- Achieve practice growth with a strong focus on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical standards.
- Engage in local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships; represent Hearing Life as an advocate for life-changing hearing care.
- Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories; understand third-party payors and various payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets with the PCC and Manager to achieve clinic KPIs.
- Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio, including conducting hearing tests and educating patients on devices.
- Maintain continuing education requirements per state requirements.
- Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results; communicate test results and treatment options clearly to patients.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Contribute to management insights and growth initiatives.

Qualifications- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements
- 2+ years of Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years of equivalent industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD
