Customer Service Rep
We’re looking for a highly organized person who is good at helping customers, managing daily operations, handling data, and assisting with events and exhibits. You will play an important role in a busy environment, using your problem‑solving skills and clear communication to fix tricky logistical issues. Your tasks will include creating detailed schedules, managing databases, and supporting a variety of events and programs.
The Depot and Extension collaborate by combining their resources and expertise to create educational programs and cultural events that serve the needs of the St. Louis County community. While the Depot acts as a hub for arts and culture, Extension focuses on improving life skills and addressing critical community issues. Together, they integrate their missions to foster community engagement, enhance the quality of life, and promote lifelong learning, ensuring that both cultural enrichment and practical education are accessible to all residents.

This is a permanent, full‑time position located in Duluth. Any Information Specialist III with permanent status in the County may apply; in addition, any Information Specialist III in the Administration Department with probationary status may apply and be considered at the discretion of the hiring authority.
