Location – Duluth or Edina, MN
Pay: $49 - $52 per hour

Job SummaryThe Project Controls Coordinator III (PCC III) is responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive project controls planning for Engineering and Construction capital projects. This role integrates cost and schedule management functions and provides quality control oversight for all project controls deliverables. The PCC III is typically assigned to projects with annual capital expenditures of up to $100 million and durations of two years or less, often involving elevated levels of complexity.
KeyDuties and Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the development of the overall Project Execution Plan (PEP).
- Develop, maintain, and oversee project controls deliverables, including but not limited to:
- Cost Reports and Cost Variance Analysis
- Cash Flow Reports and Cash Flow Variance Analysis
- Schedule Reports and Schedule Variance Analysis
- Project Change Management Procedures
- Project Controls Plans
- Monthly Progress Reports
- Integrate cost control and scheduling functions into a cohesive, high-performing project controls team.
- Define and manage project controls resource requirements for assigned projects.
- Perform quality control reviews of all project controls deliverables to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
- Lead coordination and collection of required documentation for Phase Gate Review meetings in accordance with the 6-Phase Project Lifecycle.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to project controls and project systems functional groups based on lessons learned and practical experience gained during the implementation of new tools, processes, or procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry-specific project controls experience with a minimum of 9 years of experience.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
