Quality Engineer

• Contribute to engineering and production processes to meet Vishay quality standards and guidelines.
• Establish appropriate quality control processes for inbound, in-process, and lab-related QC test routines.
• Issue non-conformances and conduct root cause analysis to drive corrective actions.
• Conduct onsite production quality audits and inspections and initiate immediate measures if necessary.
• Evaluate and report on production quality performance and support definitions of effective measures.
• Participate in quality meetings with Production and/or Plant Management.
