Hospitalist Physician

Seeking an exceptional BC/BE Hospitalist to join our team in Duluth, Minnesota!

Details:

• Full-time, hospital employed position
• Position split between 3 locations - 50% in Duluth, the rest split between 2 other locations
• Join a team of nearly 80 hospitalists, including physicians and NP/PAs
• Great flexibility with a 1.0 FTE equating to 168 shifts, typically following a 7/7 schedule for 24 weeks per year
• Mileage/rental car and lodging (if desired) are reimbursed for travel from Primary Location
• Procedures are not required
• Opportunities to participate in hospital-based research, quality, and clinical initiatives
• Opportunity to engage with residents
• Dedicated nocturnist teams
• Epic EMR system
• Compensation: $334,716-$368,464
• Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
