Concrete Foreman

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, individual to join our construction company as a Concrete Foreman. You will lead crews in projects, always ensuring safety guidelines are met for an efficient workplace. In some cases, you may need to train new members so you must also possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Concrete Foreman Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and schedules for crew members
• Schedule crew members, and supervise the use of machinery
• Supervision throughout shift, ensuring safety, appropriate work stoppages, and organization
• Resolve problems with projects, materials, and workers as they arise

Concrete Foreman Requirements and Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience preferred
• Familiar with concrete slipform operations
• Comfortable with concrete construction procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Blueprint reading, concrete finishing, and crew management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
