What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Collaborate with project teams and leadership on financial and clinic analysis.
- Design and generate standardized reporting to support improvement efforts.
- Perform trend analysis and maintain analytical methodologies and tools.
- Act as a liaison between finance and operational leaders to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide leadership with project status updates and prepare monthly project scorecard reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with automation analytics.
- Proficiency in Tableau, MS Project, Clarity, Workday, Epic, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and other relevant tools.
