Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst

• Collaborate with project teams and leadership on financial and clinic analysis.
• Design and generate standardized reporting to support improvement efforts.
• Perform trend analysis and maintain analytical methodologies and tools.
• Act as a liaison between finance and operational leaders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide leadership with project status updates and prepare monthly project scorecard reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience.
• Project management experience.

• Experience with automation analytics.
• Proficiency in Tableau, MS Project, Clarity, Workday, Epic, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and other relevant tools.
