📍 Duluth, GA | On-site | Full-Time
OverviewHD Hyundai Electric America is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Operations Specialist to support daily office operations and assist multiple departments, including HR, IT, and Accounting.
This role is ideal for entry-level candidates or professionals with 1–3 years of experience who want to grow in office administration and corporate operations within a global company. You will play an important role in maintaining an organized workplace while supporting internal teams and employee services.
Responsibilities- Office Operations & Administration
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and consumables
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
- Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers
- Track and manage office assets (furniture, equipment, etc.)
- Support general administrative needs across departments
- Employee Support & Internal Coordination
- Assist with employee-related support tasks and internal communications
- Support HR with onboarding logistics and coordination
- Assist IT with asset tracking and administrative coordination
- Provide operational support for company events or internal activities as needed
- Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0–3 years of experience in office administration, administrative support, or a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift and organize office supplies or equipment when necessary
- Work Authorization in the U.S. is required.
