Overview

HD Hyundai Electric America is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Operations Specialist to support daily office operations and assist multiple departments, including HR, IT, and Accounting.

This role is ideal for entry-level candidates or professionals with 1–3 years of experience who want to grow in office administration and corporate operations within a global company. You will play an important role in maintaining an organized workplace while supporting internal teams and employee services.

Responsibilities
  • Office Operations & Administration
    • Manage office supplies, inventory, and consumables
    • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
    • Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers
    • Track and manage office assets (furniture, equipment, etc.)
    • Support general administrative needs across departments
  • Employee Support & Internal Coordination
    • Assist with employee-related support tasks and internal communications
    • Support HR with onboarding logistics and coordination
    • Assist IT with asset tracking and administrative coordination
    • Provide operational support for company events or internal activities as needed
    • Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0–3 years of experience in office administration, administrative support, or a similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to lift and organize office supplies or equipment when necessary
  • Work Authorization in the U.S. is required.
