Department Coordinator

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide complex and confidential administrative support duties for the department
• Coordinate and schedule committees, departmental activities, and meetings
• Prepare routine and non-routine reports, meeting minutes, and memos
• Collect data and create graphs for special assignments and projects
• Support staff within the department as required

• Minimum of 1 year of office experience
• Proficient in personal computer software systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• No specific educational requirement

• Experience in MSHO (Minnesota Senior Health Options) preferred
