As an Inside Sales Representative (Project Coordinator), you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and chats directed to the Cliq Studios design team. You will be responsible for initiating engagement with potential clients and setting appointments that convert into qualified design opportunities. This is a key role in maintaining sales pipeline momentum and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Serve as the first line of communication for all inbound client interactions—calls, chats, texts, and emails—for the design team.
- Identify, engage, and qualify 80+ potential leads daily
, with the goal of setting appointments and generating qualified opportunities for the design team. This quota applies to a standard five-day workweek. - Respond to all incoming request forms within 30 seconds or less
, aiming to qualify and convert these submissions into active sales opportunities. - Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead engagement, opportunities, call/chat response times, and appointment setting.
- Conduct proactive outreach to cold/warm leads and re-engage older leads as directed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all client interactions and life cycle updates in the CRM system
. - Ensure all assigned tasks and follow-ups are completed by the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and consistent client messaging.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) are required—must be able to listen attentively, understand client needs, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, conversations, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Customer service experience is a plus, especially in a fast-paced or client-facing role.
- Familiarity with the kitchen, cabinet, or home improvement industry is a plus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Fresh Sales CRM or similar platforms is a plus but not required.
- Prior exposure to sales, outreach, or lead qualification is a plus.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable meeting daily activity targets.
