Responsibilities- Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions by demonstrating the value of ADT’s security and smart business solutions.
- Explain products and services in-depth and recommend the right solutions based on customer needs.
- Build relationships and deliver a great customer experience through effective communication and empathy.
- Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers to achieve sales and service goals.
- Self-motivated, tech-savvy individual who is driven to succeed and able to build relationships with customers.
- Strong communication and creative skills to articulate product value and solutions.
- Ability to adapt quickly to competitive and customer needs; strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Interest in newest technology and knowledge of key small business industries, technology trends, and business challenges.
- Willingness to put in the work to achieve personal and financial goals.
- Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (top performers earn $150K+).
- Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment.
