The pace can be really fast, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. Base pay range

$16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

What you’ll do

Maintain safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, following steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.

Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products and services, guiding members regarding self‑service technology, processing purchases, assisting with payments according to policies, using registers or self‑checkout area, zoning the area, and arranging merchandise.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes.

Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to change and feedback.
