Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

The member assistant – cart attendant supports a positive member experience by keeping the parking lot well-kept, helping members with purchases, and preparing carts. You may assist members with loading their vehicles and provide a fast, on-the-go service in all weather. This role involves standing and moving for long periods as you help members quickly and accurately.

• Maintain a positive attitude, greet members, and provide courteous service
• Assist members across the club as needed and answer questions
• Keep areas neat, clean, and member-ready
• Support cart/flatbed availability and assist with transporting items
• Assist with parking lot cleanliness and safety as directed
• Process member purchases and assist with payments per company policy
• Locate and organize merchandise and respond to member issues promptly

Ensures club pickup orders are fulfilled by notifying members of delays or unavailability, offering alternatives, and ensuring proper packaging and readiness for pickup. Resolves member issues and promotes the company’s products and services. Supports safety and security by conducting safety checks and reporting unsafe conditions. Assists with acquiring and arranging merchandise and maintaining service areas as required.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
