Manager Responsibilities
- Generate a bond with customers by bringing service with an outstanding personal touch.
- Seek the perfect timing to engage with customers.
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Revise and/or supervise the arrival and condition of the merchandise.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
- Complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems.
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
- Ensure that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years in Restaurants.
- 2+ years of Restaurant Management (fine dining concepts).
- Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Strategy and innovation skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as in a group.
