The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, set goals, delegate tasks, and report results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned restaurants.
