Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract in a surgical unit requiring both scrub and circulate skills across ortho, bariatric, general, and plastics cases.

Job Details

• Hospital-based Operating Room setting,

• Surgical specialties include orthopedics, bariatric, general surgery, and plastics,

• Required to both scrub and circulate,

• 12-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, 3 shifts per week,

• No on-call required,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license - Georgia (GA) or Compact license required,

• Current AHA BLS certification (must not be expired),

• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience,

• Proficiency in both scrub and circulate roles,

• Driver's License required for consideration,

• Permanent address must match Driver's License and RN license on file,

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible,

• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a minimum 2-year break before being considered,

• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront - requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted,

• AHA certification copies must be provided and cannot be expired,

• References are not required upfront but will be needed during the compliance process
