Travel RN - Med​/Surg - Cardiology

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an outpatient cardiology position requiring an active GA or compact RN license and a minimum of 18 months of nursing experience.

• AM shift, 8-hour days,

• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license currently in hand,

• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required,

• CVOR RN candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of full-time CVOR experience within a setting of similar acuity within the last 3 years, with strong endovascular experience,

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position,

• Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum separation of 18 months is required,

• RTO maximum is 5 days if time off does not fall on or near a holiday; RTO is limited to 3 days if it falls on or near a holiday,

• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment,

• RTO during the holiday period must be spread out and will not be approved if consecutive days are clustered around holidays
