Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This RN will support the Virtual Care – Message Center
, specifically the Complex New Member Onboarding Team
.

Must-Have

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of clinical RN experience
• Virtual Care experience preferred
  , will also consider ER backgrounds

Licenses/Certifications:

• Active State RN License (GA or Compact)
• BLS – Required
• ACLS – Required

• Managing electronic and telephonic patient messages
• Monitoring and triaging incoming call queues
• Applying nurse assessment and clinical judgment for patient triage
• Escalating to physicians as needed
• Ensuring timely & accurate documentation in the care system
